The enterprise which was established in 1993 has a main factory building covering 8000m2, more than 350 staff members among which there are 12 senior engineering technicians, and 130 sets of domestically advanced production equipments and main detecting equipments with an annual production capacity of 30 million pieces or so. In 2003 the enterprise established Ningbo City Hengji Electromechanical Co., Ltd. with a floor area of 30 mu, a factory building area of 8000m2 and an estimated annual production capability of 60 million pieces commutators. Now the enterprise has realized further industrial upgrading through expanding the production scale of enterprise.

　　The enterprise has got the ISO/TS 16949:2002 Quality Control System Approval by China Fangyuan Mark Certification Committee and the CQC product certificate by China quality certification centre, the certificate of quality issued by National Center of Power Tool Supervision and Test (NCTT). It has been awarded the honorable title of “Advanced Enterprise in Sci-tech Innovation and Excellence Creation of Product” by Zhejiang Province Technical Supervision Research Center and has successively got many certificates of product patent, and our many products have been regarded as the projects of Provincial-level Key New Products.

With complete specifications of products, our factory can produce more than 1000 specifications of hook-type, slot-type and plane-type commutators and collector rings which have been widely used in electric motors for all kinds of power tools, automobiles, motorcycles and household electric appliances, etc. and can also research and develop products for customer according to special specifications and requirements of customer.
